I have been privileged to be in the natural medicine space for more than 20 years. When I started in this field there were no mushroom products available, so I didn't know too much about them. Fast forward a few years and it's a very different landscape now with so many mushroom products on the market. This is when I started researching mushrooms and was introduced to Fran from Medi Mushrooms. I have personally used the whole range and had fantastic results. I am a 5 days a week gym guy and the Cordyceps, Lions Mane and Reishi have been a staple in my supplement cupboard. I am new to adding medicinal mushrooms (reishi) to my daily self care routine and I have noticed a significant change in my wellbeing.
